Installation instructions
It is suggested that the products be installed by Oriental Hippos (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd or its designated agents or by motor mechanics after reading this installation instruction (install disks) in order to ensure safety and sanitation.
The first step: installation of the control box
1. Determine the location, feel the vertical space with a cup and clean the part to be attached.
2. Fix it with 3M glue seal on the stent.
3. Pass the arranging wire on the back of the control box and the air plug on the other end through the gap between the veering post of the steering wheel and the guard plate and lead it near the buckle plate of the wire tank under the front door.
The second step: installation of the heating box of the main engine
1. Install the heating box under a proper position under the driver-seat or the vice driver-seat.
2. Place it horizontally or rectify it to a horizontal position and fix it with a gel strip.
3. Check whether heat dissipation holes are upward or covered.
The third step: installation of bucket fixation accessories
1. Install the fixation plate of high-strength nylon bandage in a proper position in the trunk (or on one side of or behind the front seats).
2. Fix it with a gel strip or drill two holes the size of 3.5mm and fix it with screws in the accessory bag. Adapt the nylon bandage to a proper length so that the block button could fix the bucket.
The fourth step: installation of the control arranging wire
1. Pass the other end of the control arranging wire through the gap between the instrument panel and the lower guard plate and lead it near the buckle plate beside the front car door along the guard plate.
2. Unload the fixation clip of the buckle plate or screws above the wire tank which is under the car door. Clean the dust and lay the arranging wire tidily. Lead the plug of the arranging wire under the seat and connect it to the F interface of the heating box. If the arranging wire is too long, it could be folded, tied with a rubber band and put near the heating box.
3. Connect the air plug of the power supply wire with the plug of the heating box of the main engine; lay the power supply wire under the instrument panel along the wire tank near the door, find the wire hole connecting the front part of the car with the back part, get through it and lead it where the battery lies; fix the power supply wire with bandages along the inside of the front plate of the car. For the sake of safety, the power supply wire should not be connected to electric circuits or oil circuit of the car.
4. Cut the power supply wire to a suitable length. Uncover each conductor about 5mm; the red-stripped wire is positive electrode while the black-stripped wire isnegative electrode; connect the positive electrode with the safe, link the negative electrode and the other end of the safe with the terminals and fasten the interface with a pair of pliers.
5. Connect the terminals to two electrodes or the binding post of the battery (the red wire and the safe with the positive electrode, the black wire with the negative electrode).
【Notice: Our products are divided into 12V type and 24V type. Use matching direct current batteries only. Otherwise, the equipment would be damaged and return of goods is not acceptable.】
The fifth step: installation of the silicone tube between the control box and the heating box of the main engine
1. Take down one end of the 2 meter long transparent silicone tube and the silicone envelope of the inlet joint on the control box and connect them tightly.
2. Lead the silicone tube under the guard plate along the gap between the veering post of the steering wheel and the guard plate and lay it beside the heating box with the control arranging wire along the wire tank. Determine the position where the tube might be pressed against when restoring installation of buckle plate beside the door. Cut the back-up white joint and connect it with the silicone envelope of the A joint on the heating box tightly after cutting the water tube to a proper length (the white joint playing a supportive role to prevent block water when the water tube is pressed against).
The sixth step: installation of pipelines between the heating box of the main engine and the water container
1. Take down one end of the 3 meter long gray silicone tube and the silicone envelope of the B joint on the heating box and connect them.
2. Take down one end of the 3 meter long transparent silicone tube and the silicone envelope of the C joint on the heating box and connect them.
3. Lay the other ends of the two silicone tubes side by side along the direction needed in a concealed manner. Avoid squeeze (if the tubes are squeezed, cut the pipeline and connect it with the water joint for support). Take down the silicone envelope and the joint of the silicone plug on the water container and connect them, the silicone water tube with one end of the silicone plug with a prolonged water tube and the silicone gas tube with the other end.
The seventh step: installation completed. Test.
1. Check whether your connection is right and then insert the safe into the safe socket.
2. Check whether water is running smoothly and whether pipelines are connected in the right way or squeezed.
3. Check whether the corresponding lights are on simultaneously when keys send out various orders.
4. If the previous tests are all successful, install the buckle plate of the wire tank beside the door and resume everything.
5. Adjust temperature required. |
