Chapter 2 Product Instruction
Hippo brand intelligent in-car water dispenser is an in-car split-type drinking water installation developed and manufactured by Oriental Hippos (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Adopting the design concept of intelligence and user-friendly operation, based on the principle of safety, sanitation, convenience and practicality, it is specially designed for drivers to meet their demand for hot water on the drive by integrating intelligence, fashion and efficiency. All you need to do is press a button and you can enjoy a cup of steaming hot water.
Oriental Hippos (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd divides the products into several types so that we can meet different consumer preferences.
Popular type HS (Hippo Standard), practical type HP(Hippo Practical) and fashionable type HF(Hippo Bubble) intelligent in-car water dispensers are the most popular products among the Hippo series. They could meet the demand of most consumers both in structure design and product function.
As popular type HS, the product applies intelligent digital chip technology in terms of function and a central information collection intelligent processing system. Adding high technologies such as over-current overload protection, low voltage and temperature safety detection, temperature and voltage real-time digital display, sound and light alarm, working state reminder, water lacking reminder, automatic extra water extraction and infrared induction control, it is safe and convenient.
Directly powered by vehicle battery (connected with the battery terminal or the sub-line of the cutout box inside the vehicle), it only takes about 15 minutes (relevant to the ambient temperature and the voltage of your car at that time) for the water in the heating container to reach 100℃ and come out at over 95℃; the heating tank capacity is designed based on the minimum water volume of brewing a bowl of instant noodles (420ml) and could provide you with about 400ml of hot water so that it is convenient for you to eat and drink within the car; infrared water block design enables you to get water with one hand and no leakage would occur when you draw back your hand; the dual-valve control system ensures not only no overflow of the water dispenser during your drive but also a constant temperature of the water; the function of automatically disabling the water dispenser on the occasion of low-voltage state (lower than 10V) ensures the principle of giving priority to driving; the introduction of medical peristaltic pump allows water to run only in the pipeline so as to avoid possible pollution caused by contact of water with other mechanical parts; dual pipe internal circulation design avoids contact of water with air and ensures water sanitation; the function of extra water extraction makes sure there is no water left in the heating tank and pipelines when the water dispenser stops working. It prevents damage to the product caused by freezing in winter or breeding of bacteria due to high temperature and not using the machine for a long time in summer which ensures the sanitation of pipelines; the design of multiple insurance of current and temperature, multiple sets of water level and water leak probe ensures safe use of the water dispenser; upgrade version of our product is equipped with main engine and a pipeline intelligent ice-melting system(particularly needed in northern severe cold areas in winter). When the system detects the ambient temperature of the heating box of the main engine is lower than 0℃, it automatically identifies and starts the winter ice-melting device. After 10 minutes it pumps in water and heat it up. This makes the product more powerful in function and more user-friendly in design; consumers could decide whether or not to buy the fittings according to their own location and needs; the function of setting water temperature arbitrarily could not only meet consumers’ different preferences for the temperature of drinking water but adapt to boiling point changes caused by altitude and atmospheric pressure changes.
